Heidi is passionate about creating educational environments where all students can achieve academic success. She has served as a classroom teacher, literacy support teacher, assistant principal, and principal. Currently, she is the Literacy Coordinator for Hope Online Academy, a charter organization comprised of over 35 learning centers in Colorado. In addition, she serves as a consultant, providing professional development for teachers, administrators, and educational leaders across the country.
